The Pregnancy - Week 14

From this week on, you may look big.  You may also be feeling hungry a little bit. Time to get pampered - Ask your mom, spouse, your friends or well wishers to cook something delicious for you.  But, make sure you eat nutritious food, as the growth of the baby and the nutrition of the baby is dependent on the food you eat.

So what is happening in the baby this week? Baby is growing fast. the placenta would have begun to work and it supplies oxygen and protein and nutrition to the baby. Baby’s ears and ear bones would have already developed and your baby may be able to hear you already. The baby’s vocal chord also would have developed. Your uterus would now be occupying the lower part of your abdomen and may be rising up. You may have mixed feelings, feel happy sometimes and sad sometimes. This is normal and is because of the changes in the hormones. Don't worry this happens in many women, but you should start feeling better soon.
