5. Recipe - Ginger and lemon juice

Lemon and ginger juice

Clean around 1/4th inch piece of ginger, grate it and add it to one glass of water along with 2 tablespoons of sugar and bring it to boil like you do it for ginger tea.

Then Keep it aside and let it cool down. In a separate glass add half a glass of water, and to it add 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir it and now add the cooled syrup to it. You can transfer the entire juice to another jug. Your ginger lemon juice is ready. You can add more ice if you need. Adding a pinch of salt to it gives it that extra flavor.
