अगस्त में स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कहा कि सितंबर की शुरुआत से डॉक्टरों को डिस्चार्ज फॉर्म और दूध-बैंक परामर्शदाता प्रमाणित करने के बाद नई मां को अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज की जाएगी।

बयान में नई मांओं ने निर्वहन टिकट पर पहले छह महीनों के लिए विशेष रूप से बच्चे को स्तनपान कराने की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता पर हस्ताक्षर करने का आदेश दिया है।

ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಸೆಪ್ಟಂಬರ್ ಆರಂಭದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ತಾಯಂದಿರನ್ನು ವೈದ್ಯರು ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಯಿ-ಹಾಲು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಿಸದ ನಂತರವೇ ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮೊದಲ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಎದೆಹಾಲು ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ತಾಯಂದಿರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆಗೆ ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಫಾರಂ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೂಡ ಈ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

The health department in August stated that the new mothers will be discharged only after a doctor on duty stamps the discharge form and milk bank counsellor certifies it saying the mother is fit for breastfeeding. The statement also orders the new mothers to sign their commitment to exclusively breastfeeding the baby for the first six months on the discharge ticket.
