In these last few weeks, you have to keep an eye on your food and your well being, as the baby is getting its nutrition from you. So you have to take very good food. Eat lot of fruits and vegetables and avoid fatty foods. Baby is gaining weight and in the last few weeks the baby can gain close to 250 grams weight every week.

Baby’s retina is also well developed and the baby is able to gather light and send it to the brain for the formation of an image. Your uterus has almost reached your rib cage. You may be feeling uncomfortable to breathlessness. This is because the lungs are being pressed by the uterus and they are not able to expand fully. If your breathlessness increases then please visit the hospital for a check-up.
