1/4 cup dates (khajur)
1/2 banana
1 cup milk
4 to 5 ice-cubes
Method
- Soak the dates in warm milk or water for 15 minutes.
- Combine the soaked dates, milk, and banana with 4 to 5 cubes of ice and blend in a mixer
- Serve immediately.
