You may feel fullness in your abdomen. You should take a walk after every meal, this will help in digestion. You should not smoke and should keep away from people smoking for the health of the baby.
In the 22nd week, the baby’s eyes and lips are also beginning to be seen. Teeth may also be seen below the jawline and the brain would also be developing. Although the eyes are closed the baby is able to appreciate the light. The baby is growing and the weight will probably increase by 30 to 40 grams every week and would also be making many connections with the rest of the body. Baby’s sense of touch would also be developing and you can even feel the baby kick when you place your hand on your abdomen. A lot of branches called bronchioles are developing within the baby’s lungs.
